"I called them yesterday because my usual vet Banfield wasn’t much of a help with concerns I have for my dog and needed some advice, when I called Klaich they were very helpful and helped me save a trip to the ER with their urgent care service this morning, they were so polite and helpful with the services they provided me. Definitely would come here permanently for my pets with the service I experience today"
